The new school year starts August 17th, 2026
All children between 3 years and 18 years old are welcome at PCIS. We do not administer entrance exams, but instead observe student skills and habits during the first weeks of school. We ask that each family fill in this form in Airtable for each child which include photos of passport/ID card and previous school records. Find the form under the register here button. The price list in the download is valid for school year 2026-2027. The registration fee is $700 per student for the year 2026-2027. Space cannot be confirmed until registration fee has been paid and contract has been signed. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
donation to pcis capital improvement fund - New students
All new students are required to contribute $1000 to this fund as a one-time donation upon the first year registration. This fund is used to maintain the grounds and buildings throughout the campus. This contribution is non-refundable.

Please note that these prices do not include potential governmental assistance for private-school tuition nor mandated discounts that could be imposed.There are no additional fees for books, uniforms or school supplies. For students in high school who plan to earn a US diploma, there will be fees paid directly to our US partner school.

PARENT SERVICE
We ask parents to volunteer 15 hours per year to help our school program or donate $300 at the end of the year.

PAYMENTS
Payments should be made to Global Bank, Panama Coast International School S.A., checking account
05101-23185-3. Receipts emailed to acc.pcis@gmail.com.
Other payment options like credit cards and PayPal can be arranged with our office staff. These options are not available for overdue payments nor payments over $2000.

LATE FEES
Annual payments are due August 1st, 2026.
Trimester payments are due September 1, December 1, and March 1.
Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month.
Any payment not received by the 15th day of the billing month will be subject to a fifty dollar ($50) late fee per month.
The three monthly payments for each trimester must be paid in full in order to receive a report card and in order to begin the following trimester.
Multiple unpaid fees will lead to the suspension of student attendance until missing payments are received.

Los pagos anuales vencen el 1 de agosto.
Los pagos trimestrales vencen el 1 de septiembre, e 1 de diciembre, y el 1 de marzo.
Los pagos mensuales vencen el primer día de cada mes.
Cualquier pago que no se reciba antes del día 15 del mes de facturación estará sujeto a un recargo por pago atrasado de cincuenta dólares ($50) por mes.
Los pagos de tres meses por cada trimestre debe pagarse en su totalidad para recibir un boletín de calificaciones y para comenzar el siguiente trimestre.

DIPLOMA FEES
Diplomas issued under the regulations of MEDUCA for grades 9 and 12 have a processing fee of $50.
US diplomas issued by our accredited partner school in the US have a program fee of $1500 for the student’s senior (grade 12) year.
