Timeless Teachings in a Changing World

Our school offers a US-based curriculum in a small-group setting for students from pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12.

First of all we are pleased to tell you that PCIS is the oldest full-English private school serving Panama’s Pacific beach communities since 2008. Our faculty members are native-English speakers with North-American teaching certifications.

At PCIS we focus on individualized instructions and tailored to each child’s development within our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) approach to whole mind and body education.

WHAT PARENTS and TEACHERS SAY

What Parents and Teachers say..

I have three kids who have been attending PCIS. The first one graduated last year and was accepted by Rochester University in NY. The next is in High School and my youngest just graduated elementary school. I am a certified global teacher myself and feel lucky and blessed that we found this small gem of a school. It is a soul-nurturing, safe and creative environment and the kids here are happy and blooming!

The first time i Met Kathy Kress was in 2018, and she had just come in from playing "Bear in the Woods" with the littles ones. She was the bear. .. That's the kind of school PCIS is, and the kind of principal that Kathy is. I immediately knew this was the place for my two young daughters. Two years later, our family has never looked back? Kathy and her team has helped us integrate beautifully, not only in the school but also in the community.
